What are my shipping options?
Our current shipping options are as follows (subject to change):
Express Shipping (Only available within the continental United States)
- United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail
- FedEx or UPS Overnight
- FedEx or UPS 2nd Day
- FedEx or UPS 3rd Day/Express Saver Service
- FedEx or UPS Ground - 1-7 Days Shipping Time
- United States Post Office (USPS)
The available shipping options for your order are based on your location and the total weight of your order.
Please remember that Express Shipping will only reduce the shipping time. We still need to take the time to manufacture your product to our high standards.
How can I find out what my shipping/handling charges are before I place my order?
Add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. When you have proceeded to the “checkout” page a list of shipping options with the cost of each option will be displayed. You can add or remove items to the shopping cart to see the shipping differences.
How long will it take for my Coverking product to be delivered?
The time it will take will depend on the shipping method you select and your location. Please refer to the FedEx Ship Time Map by clicking on the link at the end of this article (FedEx-Delivery Map.jpg). Please also remember that shipping times are approximate and are not guaranteed.
How Can you track your order with the supplied tracking number and what are the possible issues?
Go to www.fedex.com for FedEx, or to www.ups.com for UPS to track your package. If you can't get the tracking information, but have the tracking number, check back in a few hours. We generate tracking numbers all day long, but FedEx and UPS log the packages into their system only when your package arrives back at their facility. If it has been more than 48 hours since you received your tracking number and it still doesn’t show in FedEx’s or UPS’s systems, please feel free to contact us.
