Cancellation requests are subject to approval. Cancellations may only be made on unshipped orders.

Our Customer Service Representatives will verify that your order has not shipped. Once we've verified that your order hasn't shipped we will notify you and we will issue a full credit for any charges.
However, once an order has been shipped it may not be cancelled. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped fall under the return guidelines found here.
Every effort is made to immediately process a cancellation request.
