Coverking support staff and technical staff will gladly assist with any installation issues, workmanship issues, questions on correct applications etc. However, any questions regarding returns, credit card charges, shipping charges, etc. need to be directed back to the Coverking Distribution Partner that the product was purchased from. Many of Coverking’s Distribution Partner have different return policies, warranty policies etc. than Coverking has, so you will need to contact the place of purchase.
