What information should I send when requesting a product replacement?

Product Replacement: Help Us Work With You

In order to ensure prompt and proper service, we ask that you follow the recommendations outlined in the attached PDF file.

To help us help you better, please include vehicle’s year, make and model or VIN.

For fitment issues we need clear pictures of your vehicle and our product to determine if the way it fits is the way we intend it to fit (see examples on attached PDF). Please show as much detail as possible to demonstrate the areas where the product does not fit.

If the issue pertains to manufacturing defect, please describe the nature of the problem and highlight appropriate area on the picture.

If possible, include a picture of the item tag attached in the inside of the product.
