If you purchased from a Coverking dealer and its within 30 days of receiving the merchandise please contact the dealer you purchased the product from to service your return. You will need to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) before returning, Some dealers will have there own return policy which Coverking has no control over. *All approved returns must be in a unused/unmodified condition.
"I bought my products from Coverking"
If you purchased directly from Coverking and it is within 30 days of receiving the merchandise please submit a Request a return here then simply choose request a return and fill out the form on the left side of the help page shown below: *All approved returns must be in a unused/unmodified condition.
If the product receipt date is beyond 30 days and your having an issue with them Submit a warranty ticket here then simply choose warranty request for replacement and fill out the form on the left side of the help page shown below:
Returns & Warranty Timeline For Products Ordered Directly From Coverking.
You may return products(s) for any reason within the first 30 days from delivery for a partial refund (minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee). A full refund will only apply if the product is determined to be defective in material or workmanship. If a defect is suspected within the first 30 days from delivery, we will require pictures of the item so our product team may validate the defect and evaluate the cause. Every effort is made to expedite defective evaluations. In the case of a defect within the first 30 days from delivery, Coverking will either return and refund, or repair and/or replace the item at our expense.
Coverking warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period (varies by product). All warranty claims will be evaluated by Coverking. If a determination is made to cover an item under warranty, Coverking will repair or replace the item at Coverking's sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or other abuses not arising out of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear. - Level B repair - $49.99 (Custom floormats, custom nose mask’s, custom vehicle covers in Silverguard™ & Triguard™, Custom seat cover portions not in leather.)
- Level C repair - $99.99 (Entire row for custom seat cover replacements not in leather, Custom vehicle covers in Coverbond 4™, Mosom Plus™ & Silverguard Plus™ & Leather seat cover portions.)
- Level D repair - $149.99 (Entire row for custom seat cover replacements in Leather, Custom vehicle covers in Autobody Armor™, Satin Stretch™, & Stormproof™.)
