If you purchased from a Coverking reseller and its with 30 days of receiving the merchandise please contact the reseller to service your return. You will need to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) before returning.

Returns & Warranty Timeline
You may return products(s) for any reason within the first 30 days from delivery for a partial refund (minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee). A full refund will only apply if the product is determined to be defective in material or workmanship. If a defect is suspected within the first 30 days from delivery, we will require pictures of the item so our product team may validate the defect and evaluate the cause. Every effort is made to expedite defective evaluations. In the case of a defect within the first 30 days from delivery, Coverking will either return and refund, or repair and/or replace the item at our expense.
Coverking warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period (varies by product). All warranty claims will be evaluated by Coverking. If a determination is made to cover an item under warranty, Coverking will repair or replace the item at Coverking's sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or other abuses not arising out of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.

After the 1 year warranty period expires, Coverking offers repair or replacement on pro-rated basis. To request post warranty repair please submit a support ticket here.

General Product Notices
The color settings on your monitor may cause the colors displayed to vary from the actual colors of our materials. If you're uncertain about a product's actual color you can order swatches here.
Coverking's images portray material and color of the product and are not exact representation of your actual seats.
When installing your cover, please use good judgment. For example, when installing a car cover, do not install on newly painted vehicles.
Convertible tops, windows, sun and moon roofs must be closed completely before covering your vehicle.
Do not use a cover while the vehicle is in motion.
In cold environments, do not remove the cover in the unusual circumstance that a layer of ice has formed between the cover and the vehicle. Pour warm water over the cover to expedite thawing, as this ice must be thawed before removal.
Do not rely solely on the elasticized bottom of the cover in even moderate winds. Utilize the integrated security grommets in any substantial wind. If high wind conditions are present (30+mph), the covers should not be used.
Please use extreme caution when reaching under power seats to install seat covers - some seats have sharp mechanisms.
