Coverking offers a wide variety of products and fabrics. For care and cleaning information, please refer to our Seat Cover Product/ Material information and go to Material Information and by clicking on your material you would find helpful information on caring and cleaning your seat cover.

One of our most popular fabrics, Neoprene, requires special attention when cleaning – below are the cleaning details.

Wet suit shampoo is specifically designed for cleaning and conditioning neoprene products. Cleaning with wet suit shampoo removes organic residue, micro-organisms and salt deposits that contribute to the deterioration of neoprene. Wet suit shampoo can also help prevent excessive drying, premature aging and oxidation of neoprene products. Wet suit shampoo can be purchased at most surf shops, on-line retailers (like Amazon) etc.

You can wash the seat covers while they are still on the vehicle. Use water with the wet suit shampoo as directed by the wet suit shampoo manufacturer. Use a lint-free cloth and wash your seat covers. Rinse your seat covers with fresh water and pat dry with a towel.

* DO NOT USE BLEACH OR ANY DETERGENTS THAT CONTAIN BLEACH!

* DO NOT USE A BRUSH OR SCOURING PAD!

* DO NOT MACHINE WASH!

* HAND WASH AND AIR DRY ONLY!

Great info. on cleaning Neoprene Wetsuit seat covers.  Not being a surfer or a diver myself, I didn't even know that wetsuit shampoo existed, or that wetsuits required any care.  Amazon carries a brand of neoprene shampoo called "Piss Off".  Not hard to guess why such a name might be used.  Thanks for offering such high quality products and information.
